Brits are increasingly kitting out their new homes exclusively with brand new gear, according to a survey – and if you need help completing that final piece of the jigsaw for your new residence, a cash advance might help you achieve the desired effect.
The Post Office has shown that, of people who have moved into a new property in the past year, 52 per cent say that most items in their house are brand new – with 27 per cent deeming it crucial that all new furniture came straight from the production line.
A meagre six per cent of new homeowners would be content with second-hand goods, the survey revealed – though it also showed that women were more intent than men upon filling a home with sparkling new trappings.
Gary Fitton, a spokesman for the Post Office, said: "Our survey shows that when people say they have a new home, they mean this literally both inside and out.
"Only six per cent of people said they'd be happy with second-hand goods in their new home, with the majority opting to furnish their houses with brand new furniture and fittings instead."
A payday loan could help you make the finishing touches to the interior of your new property, making sure that you're ready to host your friends and relatives over the busy festive period.
